1. Product Info
All photos are taken from real products; slight color differences may occur.
Final appearance varies by size/model — refer to selected dimensions.
All items are DIY assembly, shipped unassembled.
Prices include tax; e-invoices are issued. For business invoices, please provide your tax ID at checkout.
2. Size & Custom Orders
Size deviation of ±1cm is normal due to manual cutting.
Custom pillar heights may have holes or paint defects — not eligible for return.
Steel parts may have minor scratches or paint chips — not considered defects.
3. Shipping
Delivery is to ground floor only, no upstairs service.
Possible minor damage during transit — do not order if concerned.
4. After-Sales
No warranty is provided.
Installation available (Tainan/Kaohsiung/Chiayi only), extra fee required.
