Please read the following shipping policy before placing an order. Once your order is confirmed, you are deemed to agree with the terms below.
Shipping Time
Standard Products: Shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Customized Products / Special Panels: Made to order, shipped in approx. 10–20 business days depending on production queue.
Please contact customer service before ordering if you need urgent delivery.
Shipping Methods
Home Delivery (HCT Logistics / Chunghwa Post)
Delivery to ground floor only. No upstairs delivery service.
General Areas: 1–5 business days after shipment.
Remote Areas: 3–7 business days depending on logistics route.
Islands: Please contact customer service in advance.
Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart)
Only available for small items/accessories.
Not applicable to racks/shelves due to size limits.
Pickup within 7 days after arrival; unclaimed orders may incur additional fees or be cancelled.
Direct Delivery (Limited Areas)
Some areas may be served directly by our drivers.
Delivery schedule will be arranged and confirmed by phone.
Important Notes
Delivery is limited to Taiwan main island. Extra fees may apply for remote areas.
No upstairs delivery service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Certain locations require self-pickup at the freight station.
Minor scratches or appearance changes during transport are not eligible for return if product function is unaffected.
Orders of 2 or more units may require additional shipping fees.
