Return & Refund Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for entire orders, and all items (including gifts) must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Please return items using the original outer box. If unavailable, use another sturdy box—do not apply labels or write on product packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:
Individual items from an order
Customized products (e.g., custom sizes, styles, special requests), unless defective
Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
Minor imperfections from material cutting (e.g., small holes or paint scratches on custom steel parts)
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping if the return is not due to product defects or errors.
No returns for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind) unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we confirm the returned items. It may take 15–20 days to appear on your statement.
Bank Transfer: Refunds will be made to your provided bank account within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
